- Growing marijuana or cannabis is strictly prohibited
- Tenant must obtain and provide proof of $2 million liability insurance prior to occupancy.
- Full payment of the first month's rent will be required upon signature of the lease.
- All building rules and regulations must be accepted by the tenant before signing the lease.
- All moves and furniture deliveries must be made between 8:30 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Saturday inclusive (Sundays prohibited). For all moves, a deposit (refundable) of $300 will be given to the building manager by the Tenant, at least two weeks in advance.
- The Tenant must pay, if applicable, the moving expenses (in/out) to the building management.
- A credit check must be carried out before the lease is signed.
- The tenant must ensure adequate snow removal and balcony clearing.
